A Deep Cleaning is perfect for our first visit, or for clients who do not stay/ have not been on a regular maintenance cleaning schedule.

A Deep Cleaning is more like a spring cleaning or perhaps a “catch up” cleaning Before we begin the regular/maintenance cleaning of your home/office. There are a variety of first-time tasks that require extra time and effort.

It’s not uncommon for us to spend three or four times longer on a first cleaning than it takes us on a regular maintenance cleaning for customers that are on regular schedule with us.

<HOW WE BID YOUR HOME OR OFFICE PROJECT>

We sell time packages listed on this webpage for your first cleaning visit.

We do not come out for bids on home projects. We use Google information for square footage to determine size of your home.

We only come out to evaluate / bid commercial projects.

Our prices are listed under the rates tab on this webpage.

After your first clean, we leave a written home plan price for weekly, bi- weekly or monthly continued service with us.

The quoted bid for continued service is VALID FOR 30 DAYS ONLY after your first clean otherwise it will be considered a "NEW" clean.

All scheduled / regular cleans are maintenance cleans and quoted bids are to complete the job in a certain time frame allotted for your home.

*We will return for FREE if reported to us with in 24 hours if there was something not done to your liking.

We offer: One Time Cleans/ Occasional Cleans, Move in and Move Out Cleans, Weekly, Bi-Weekly and Monthly Cleanings.
