We will NOT be able to service you if you have repair/service/painters on premises at the time of your cleaning. It is your responsibility to make sure you have water service turned on and we can access HOT water to clean.

We do not remove furniture or appliances at this rate.

May be EXTRA for Excessive FILTH.

2 Hour minimum Must be Paid for in ADVANCE! NO EXCEPTIONS.
