What’s a Deep Cleaning?

For new clients who have not been on a regular cleaning schedule, a deep cleaning will be perfect for you.

A deep clean is more like a spring cleaning or perhaps a “catch up” cleaning before we begin the regular/maintenance cleaning of your home/office.

There are a variety of first-time tasks that require extra time and effort.

It’s not uncommon for us to spend two times longer on the first cleaning than it takes us on a regular maintenance cleaning.

After your first clean, we leave a written home plan price for continued services

The quoted bid for continued service is VALID FOR 30 DAYS ONLY after your first clean otherwise it will be considered a "NEW" clean.

All scheduled / regular cleans are maintenance cleans and quoted bids are to complete the job in a certain time frame allotted for your home.

We do not come out for bids on home projects.
